This is one thing I’ve missed since the pandemic started. A good high tea is one that transports me into a happy place, albeit only for 2 hours. Each little treat on the tier is such a joy to discover and eat, accompanied by bespoke tea blends that you can’t get elsewhere.
Regent’s weekday high tea comes in a delightful three tier set with 2 choices of beverage. My personal favourites from the tier are:
– Scottish Smoked Salmon and Dill Sour Cream on Squid Ink Macaron
– Smoked Bacon and Mature Cheddar Quiche
– Apple Blossom Cheese Cake
– Fragrant Yuzu Posset with Almond Shortbread
While not as fancy as their weekend high tea buffet which comes with the famous seafood porridge and laksa, Regent’s high tea buffet is a timeless classic that is a safe choice for all palates.
Priced at $47 per pax, all sets are assembled upon order to maintain hygiene and freshness. To sweeten the meal, Regent is offering a 50% discount off the 2nd diner if you quote RSTL2ND when making a reservation via their website.
