I believe in being consistent, so each and every post you’ve read in this blog is written and rated solely by me. If I don’t like a particular dish, I’ll not hesitate to say so, but when I say something is good, believe me and check the place out.
I believe in the standards of daily, mundane preparations. I would very much prefer to visit a place when the cook is having a normal to bad day. This means that I don’t buy media launches, which also means that I won’t be writing about newly opened places that quickly.
