Found this hidden gem in Sunset Way Clementi selling ramen at very affordable prices!
The Kara Miso ramen comes with a full flavoured lava egg (ajitama), black fungus and a scoop of minced meat in spicy chilli oil. The soup was lighter on the palate than expected but I am not complaining because my wallet is laughing.
I also topped up $1.50 for 3 huge pieces of karaage which were crunchy and juicy. Overall a fuss free and adequate meal to satisfy any lingering ramen cravings.
Apparently their chef was employed at Ippudo for a period of time, so you can rest assured that there is some kind of baseline standard to the ramen here.
