Hajime Tonkatsu and Ramen, myVillage at Serangoon Gardens

Go!!! Tonkatsu. Simple looking dish that’s difficult to execute well. I’ve eaten Tonkatsu from various places, and none of them had ever come close to Tonkichi. Until I tried Hajime.
