Nian Gao waffles with generous scoops of creamy gelato!

Newly opened Little Creamery at Vivocity Food Republic offers unique gelato flavours such as Ube, Hojicha Mochi, Sea Salt Butter Caramel Biscotti, Hokkaido Milk with Strawberry.

I had their crispy golden Nian Gao Waffle which was perfectly executed –very crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

I tried the Ube and Hojicha Mochi and my favourite of two is the Ube which is purple yam. It is so creamy and has a subtle earthy aroma with distinct nutty notes. The Hojicha Mochi is a close fight for its fragrantly roasted taste and bouncy chewy mochi. Eaten together, the gelato gives a good contrast in texture.

Little Creamy at Vivocity is the perfect treat to end your meal or hot day out at sentosa if you’re in the area!
