Seoul Restaurant at Conrad Orchard Hotel (formerly Regent Hotel) is a family-owned gem that has been grilling up authentic Korean flavors in the heart of Orchard Road. Tried their lunch ala carte buffet ($59) recently which I found to be super worth it for the quality!
