Conveniently located at the side of School Of The Arts (SOTA), this Korean BBQ is a huge favourite with students and working adults alike. It’s a super short walk from Dhoby Ghaut MRT via The Cathay.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of the interior, but according to the staff, the eatery sits about 280 pax at any one time. The place has a high ceiling loaded with vents, essentially making it smoke free. Don’t get your hopes too high about not smelling like BBQ after the meal though, because you will. You won’t realise it during the meal itself, but I will would advise you to head straight home after your meal.
Yummy! The meats are well marinated, the side dishes are adequate, the dipping sauces provided are your essential BBQ sauce as well as bean paste. I’m Kim BBQ is definitely one of the better Korean BBQs I’ve been to. There’s a lot of Korean BBQ restaurants in Singapore, but I would definitely take a second visit at this place.
